This required 1-day orientation is designed to introduce participants to the upcoming 4-month Cybersecurity Training Program. It will assess your current skill level, outline the different training tracks available, and provide a foundational understanding of the current cyber threat landscape relevant to government and private sector institutions.
The orientation is mandatory for all IT personnel from National and Local Government Offices, local councilors, and individuals from the private sector who are interested in or would benefit from the comprehensive 4-month training program. It is suitable for all skill levels.
The registration fee is ₱1,800 per participant. This covers the cost of the venue, speaker honoraria, training materials, certificate of attendance, lunch, and morning and afternoon snacks.
We offer two convenient payment methods:
- Online Payment: Secure payment via credit/debit card or digital wallet on our registration platform.
- Offline Payment: For those who prefer or require it, we accept direct bank deposit or wire transfer. Details will be provided upon completion of the online registration form.
After making your bank deposit, please email the scanned copy or clear photo of your deposit slip to [insert email address here] with your full name and chosen cluster location. Your registration will be confirmed via email within 24-48 hours once payment is verified.
Registration fees are non-refundable. However, your ticket is transferable. If you cannot attend, you may send a qualified substitute from your office or organization. Please notify us of the change at least 48 hours before the event by emailing [insert email address here].
Please bring a valid government-issued ID for verification and your ticket (digital or printed). We also recommend bringing a notebook, pen, and your own laptop or tablet if you wish to take digital notes, though it is not required.
During the registration process, you will be asked to select your region. A dropdown menu will then show you the available cluster locations within that region. Please choose the cluster that is most accessible for you to attend.
Yes, all participants who successfully complete the full-day orientation will receive a Certificate of Attendance at the end of the event.
The orientation will conclude with a clear explanation of the next steps. You will receive information on how to formally enroll in the 4-month Coursera training program, including how your assessed skill level from the orientation will determine your recommended training track.
